The house has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor, each with a tub/shower. There is also 3 amazing kitchen/dining rooms that are fully equipped with new dishwashers, built-in microwaves, and lovely cabinetry. If you are looking for multiple places to hangout with friends, this house is perfect because it has 2 full living rooms, each decked out with super comfy sectional couches/sofas. Each floor also has a laundry unit.

Included in the rent is, free internet, trash and recycling removal, snow removal and 24-hour maintenance! All utilities are included other than electrical lights and outlets. Off-street parking is available by the door as well.

Touring this apartment is easy! Our staff can show the house anytime during the week between 10am and 6pm. We can also make special accomodations for showings outside of these times.
