The 2019-2020 renting season is quickly approaching and we have many great affordable apartments in Ithaca that can become your new home. Our professional staff is dedicated to making everyone’s experience the best it can be.
PJ Apartment offers beautifully furnished and decorated apartments/houses all along Williams Street, Highland Place and Dewitt Place. We have an amazing selection of places to choose from ranging anywhere from studios to even an 18 bedroom house!
All of our 90 plus apartments and houses come fully furnished making it easy for tenants to move into their new home. There are many great perks to living at PJ Apartments including 24-hour maintenance, trash and recycling removal, snow removal, free laundry, and free wifi!
If you are interested in looking at any of our apartments, we are available for tours between 10am and 6pm. We also make special accomodations if you would like to tour outside of these hours.
